You have the right to request complete deletion of your Solvem account and all associated personal data. We will process your request within 30 days.

What will be deleted

Account profile — name, phone number, email, profile photo

Saved addresses — all delivery locations and pins

Order history — all past and pending order records

Saved lists & preferences — wishlists, smart lists, notification settings

Behavioural data — browse history, search history, in-app analytics

Note: Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law. These records are anonymised and cannot be used to identify you in marketing or product contexts.

What happens next

Request received

We send a confirmation to your email immediately

Identity verified

We match your request against the registered account within 3 business days

Data purged

All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
